INTERPRETER VETTING
At PGLS, we focus on preventive action and process to verify and ensure services are delivered at the highest standards. For interpreting, this means we work closely with our Vendor Management team to onboard interpreters that meet our strict requirements. All PGLS interpreters must have at least 2 years of experience in the field, hold relevant certifications, and they must meet our technological requirements to ensure smooth and clear communication.
PRE-IMPLEMENTATION
Our robust discovery process ensures that PGLS implementation teams are equipped with comprehensive client requirements and have established multiple touch points before, during and after implementation to make sure that your project is a success.
